National Branch Network

CSD has eight branches across Australia, including showrooms in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide and the ACT and a national distribution centre in Tullamarine, Victoria. We have invested millions in a national distribution network and we are committed to holding stock for all our product lines in all states.

Technical Support

CSD have a large team of technical support staff who can answer an extremely broad range of support queries. CSD staff have significant installation experience, as well capability in modern IP based technologies. Our VOIP phone system means that if the CSD support representatives in your state are already helping other customers, you will automatically be routed to a CSD team member in another state who can handle your enquiry.

Training

As security requirements become more complex, and security systems merge with traditional IT systems, training has become a critical part of the services undertaken by security distributors. CSD offer vendor specific training, such as comprehensive programs on Inner Range and Paradox, plus general technology programs like our popular one day ‘Fundamentals of IP based technologies’ course.
